How do I attach a file or image?

Tap the + button next to the input field. On mobile, you can choose from Camera, Gallery, or Files. On web, a file picker will open. You can also paste images directly from your clipboard using Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac).

Supported file types include images (JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF), documents (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX), code files, audio (MP3, WAV), and more.

How do I create a chart?

Simply ask AskMe to create a chart with your data. For example:

• "Create a pie chart: Apple 40%, Orange 30%, Banana 30%"
• "Make a bar chart of monthly sales: Jan 100, Feb 150, Mar 200"
• "Show a line graph of temperature over the week"

AskMe supports 25+ chart types including bar, line, pie, scatter, heatmap, radar, treemap, Sankey, 3D charts, and geographic maps.

How do I generate an image?

Just describe what you want to see. For example: "Generate an image of a sunset over mountains" or "Create a logo for a coffee shop called Bean There". AskMe will generate a high-quality image in a few seconds.

How do I access my conversation history?

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner to open the sidebar. Your previous conversations are listed by date. Tap any conversation to continue it.

Can I use AskMe in my language?

Yes! Just type in your language and AskMe will respond in the same language. AskMe supports English, Spanish, French, German, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Hindi, and many more.

AskMe is not responding

Try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Refresh the page (web) or restart the app (mobile)
3. Clear browser cache if using the web version
4. If the issue persists, try again in a few minutes — the service may be experiencing high traffic

My conversation history is missing

Conversations are stored locally on your device. They may be lost if you:

• Cleared your browser data or app storage
• Used a different browser or device
• Used private/incognito browsing mode

Conversations older than 30 days may also have limited functionality as the server-side context expires.

File upload isn't working

Make sure your file is a supported type and isn't too large. Supported formats include: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, PDF, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT, CSV, JSON, code files (Python, JavaScript, etc.), MP3, and WAV.
